To make sure every pup enjoys a safe, loving, and stress-free experience with us, we have set clear requirements and policies. These guidelines protect not only your dog, but also other dogs in our care, our staff, and our facility. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following requirements and terms.

Dog Requirements
🐾 Age Requirement
🐾 Vaccinations
All dogs must be current on core vaccinations:
DHPP/DAPP (Distemper, Hepatitis/Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)
Rabies (as required by law)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough) – required for daycare and boarding
Proof of vaccination must be submitted before your dog’s first visit. Services may be denied without refund if records are missing.
🐾 Health
Dogs must be in good overall health and free from contagious illness.
No open wounds, stitches, or recent surgeries.
Dogs must arrive free of fleas, ticks, and parasites.
If ticks are found:
Cleaning fee of 3,000 THB applies.
More than 3 ticks may result in denial of service without refund.
For boarding, owners must provide tick prevention (accepted products: NexGard Spectra, Bravecto, Frontline Tri-Act).
🐾 Behavior
Dogs must be well socialized and non-aggressive toward people.
Any history of biting or aggression must be disclosed at registration.
Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior.
🐾 Identification
All dogs must wear a secure collar with ID tag (name + owner’s phone number).
Harnesses are not accepted for ID purposes.
Microchipping is encouraged but not required.
🐾 Daycare & Boarding
Dogs over 6 months must be sterilized to join cage-free play and boarding.
Intact dogs or dogs with recurring social issues will be cared for in private rooms.
🐾 Grooming & Swimming & Park
Females in heat may not use grooming or swimming services while in heat.
🐾 Owner Agreement
A signed client information form and service agreement is required.
An emergency contact must be provided.
Terms & Conditions
🐾 General Terms
By using our services (Daycare, Hotel Boarding, Grooming, Swimming, Training, or Park), you agree to these terms.
The Paw Seasons reserves the right to refuse service at any time for health, safety, or behavior reasons.
🐾 Health & Vaccination
All vaccination and health requirements must be met prior to service.
Dogs with more than 3 ticks may be refused service.
If a dog becomes ill during their stay, we may isolate them and contact you or your vet. Expenses that occur for necessary veterinary treatment must be covered by the owner.
🐾 Behavior & Safety
Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from services without refund.
Owners are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their dogs.
🐾 Services
Daycare & Boarding: Dogs are supervised, exercised, and cared for according to facility standards and your instructions.
Grooming: We prioritize your dog’s comfort. Grooming may be paused if a dog becomes overly stressed.
Swimming: Safety gear is provided; owners must disclose any health issues affecting swimming.
Park: Owners must supervise their dogs and clean up after them.
🐾 Reservations, Payments & Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
No refund policy applies to all services.
Rescheduling:
Boarding: at least 7 days in advance
Daycare, Grooming, Swimming: at least 48 hours in advance
Missed appointments or late reschedules will not be refunded.
🐾 Risk & Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of dog care, including:
Dog-to-dog interactions (scratches, nips, or injuries)
Health issues, allergic reactions, or illness
Accidental escapes or activity-related injuries
The Paw Seasons, its staff, and owners are not liable for injury, illness, death, or loss, except in cases of gross negligence.
Owners accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their dogs.
Photo & Privacy Policy
We love sharing happy moments from your dog’s stay on our social media. By booking, you give consent for photos of your pet to be used for promotional purposes.
If you prefer your dog’s photos not be shared, please notify us in writing before their visit.
We respect your privacy and comply with data protection laws in handling your personal information.
